Clos de Tart Grand Cru 2006

The nose is packed with rich black fruits overlaid with the fragrance of spring violets. Concentrated black fruits on the palate sumptuous fleshy dark chocolate underpinned by layers of bramble and black cherry. The tannins are still firm but fine the back palate has rich ripe fruit depth the finish bitter cherry, herbs and minerals.

The nose has a mix of flavours fresh red fruits and rich ripe black fruits. The start of the palate is discreet cranberries and bramble herbal and spicy. Sumptuous in the middle the ripe fruit gives fleshy richness the tannins integrated not obvious. There is a mineral herbal freshness at the back but it finishes with an opulent richness.

95 2022-37

The nose has brooding power the palate depth of fruit. Black fruits dominate the mid palate black cherry and black plum all enriched by dark chocolate. There is an underlying freshness with layers of flavour bramble, bilberry, bitter cherry and cranberry lighter and aromatic at the back the finish has length with graphite and minerals.
